Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We provide shipping to all locations worldwide, except Europe, through DHL Express, a trusted leader in international logistics.
To ensure secure delivery, a signature is required upon receipt. Therefore, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), or Fleet Post Offices (FPO) at this time. Please provide a physical address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
Where does my order ship from?
Your order is dispatched from our primary fulfillment center in Spain, where our dedicated team conducts a meticulous quality and authenticity check before preparing it for shipment. This ensures that every item meets our high standards before reaching your doorstep.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after being shipped via DHL Express.
Since we operate internationally, various factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, and courier delays may affect the final delivery date. While these factors are beyond our control, rest assured that we will promptly notify you if any shipping issues arise.
Who pays import duties?
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, which are calculated at checkout.
No additional payments will be required upon delivery, ensuring a hassle-free shipping experience.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, subject to a $25 USD cancellation fee.
While we cannot guarantee cancellation, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact client services as soon as possible, as timing is crucial.

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?
Duties are collected at checkout for all applicable items, in compliance with legal requirements.
You will not be required to pay any additional duties or taxes to the courier upon delivery.
Sales tax varies by region and is calculated based on your location, with the final amount added at checkout.
When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards are authorized at checkout and charged immediately upon successful anti-fraud verification.
We also offer PayPal and buy now, pay later options for added convenience at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

Returns & Refunds
What is MEXXOL’s return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, please inspect your item upon arrival and ensure the security band remains intact, as it is required for returns.
Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of most of our inventory, exchanges may not always be possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is accepted, we will process your refund promptly. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 7 days for the funds to appear in your account.
To avoid a restocking fee, you can choose to receive a store credit instead.

Will shipping charges and duties be refunded?
Taxes, duties, shipping fees, and shipping protection (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If you wish to return an item, please review our Returns Policy and submit your request at the bottom of the page.
What happens if my return does not meet MEXXOL’s requirements?
If a returned item does not meet our requirements, a customer service representative will contact you to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Returns may be declined if the item is damaged, missing components, or has missing or damaged packaging.
If your return is not accepted, the item will be sent back to you.
Are there cancellation or restocking fees?
A $25 cancellation fee applies if you request to cancel your order within the 12-hour window. However, if MEXXOL cancels your order (e.g., due to an item being out of stock), no cancellation fee will be charged.
Restocking fees apply only to refunds issued to the original payment method.
To avoid restocking fees, you can choose to receive a Mexxol store credit in the form of a gift card.
Why do you have cancellation and restocking fees?
We have introduced these fees to ensure that Mexxol can continue offering the most competitive pricing without increasing costs to accommodate cancellations and returns.
Additionally, our client services team is available to assist you in selecting the right size, helping to minimize the chances of a return.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Client Services as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
You may be asked to provide photos or videos to assist with the process.

All Mexxol products are sourced from top, carefully vetted boutiques across Europe.
Is MEXXOL affiliated with designers?
Mexxol sources all products from luxury boutiques across Europe and does not work directly with designers or brands. This enables us to aggregate inventory from over 100 boutiques across Europe—saving you the need to book a flight or hotel.
Additionally, all trademarks are owned by their respective brand owners. No brand owner endorses or sponsors listings on Mexxol, nor does any designer or brand owner have an association or affiliation with Mexxol.
