Return & Exchange Policy for Mexxol
The heart is a fickle thing. If you decide to return your purchase, please review our return policy and follow the detailed instructions below.

Return Window
Mexxol accepts returns within 7 days of delivery. Because most of our inventory consists of unique or one-of-a-kind items, exchanges may not always be possible. Please note that duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

We encourage you to carefully review the product you are purchasing to minimize the need for a return. Double-check sizing, and if you’re unsure, please contact us for assistance.

Return Options
Once Mexxol receives your return, you can choose one of the following options:

  1. Exchange for a Different Size: If available, we will offer a free exchange for a different size (see the “Exchanging a Product” section below).
  2. Store Credit: Mexxol will cover the return and restocking fee, and you will receive your refund in the form of store credit.
  3. Refund to Original Payment Method: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Defective Items
If your item is found to be defective within the 7-day return window, you may return it for a full refund without charge. Please note that we take detailed photos of all products before shipping and may request photos from you to process a defective claim.

Return Shipping Instructions
Once your return is approved, a return shipping label will be issued via DHL Express. You will have 3 business days to arrange a pickup or drop off the package at a DHL service point. If the return is not shipped within this period, the package will be returned to you.

RETURN/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Any security or branded tags must be attached in their original position.
  • Footwear must not have any marks on the soles, and the shoe box must be in original condition.
  • Accessories and footwear must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags (where applicable), inside a protective box for shipping.
  • Underwear and swimwear are not eligible for returns.
  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any items purchased with a gift card will be refunded to the gift card or as store credit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Tracking Your Return
You will receive a tracking number via email to track your return through DHL. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, we may not be able to issue a refund. Should any issues arise, our customer service team will contact you. If the return cannot be processed due to damage, missing items, or missing packaging, we will deny the return and return the items to you.


Warranty Notice
Mexxol guarantees the quality of all items sold on our platform against manufacturer defects. Claims must be made within our standard return period of 7 days from the date of delivery. After the 7-day window, no warranty will be provided for any product sold.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care do not qualify as defects. It is your responsibility to inspect items thoroughly before using them. Once security tags are removed, returns will not be accepted.

As a luxury reseller, Mexxol works with trusted boutiques to offer authentic designer goods. Please note that some designer brands may not honor warranty claims for items purchased through our platform. We recommend reviewing the brand’s warranty terms directly.


Exchanging a Product
Exchanges are offered when possible. If a different size is available, we will do our best to make the exchange. However, because our inventory is often unique, we may not always be able to process exchanges.

If an exchange is possible, we will cover all shipping costs for the exchange (unless there is a price difference). If a balance is due, our client services team will reach out to assist you.


Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not shipped. After 12 hours, or once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the item once it arrives.

A $25 USD cancellation fee will apply for any cancellation within the 12-hour window. Shipping insurance, taxes, and duties will be fully refunded.


Instructions for Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Log in to your account on Mexxol Account.
  2. Select the order you want to return or exchange.
  3. Choose the items you want to return.
  4. Select the return reason and include any notes (such as a request for an exchange).
  5. Click Request Return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions and a return label. Please allow a few days for the label to be issued.
